Finding Balance…

I didn’t grow up in a lab or a lecture hall—I grew up on the basketball court, the football field, and in the weight room at our local rec center. I’ve been obsessed with movement and the human body for as long as I can remember. But my journey hasn’t been a straight sprint. Knee pain, stress fractures, months in a torso brace—injuries forced me to slow down, dig into recovery, and learn how the body really works. That’s where my passion for health, fitness, and medicine began.

I’m not a genetic outlier or an elite athlete. I’m someone who’s spent years figuring out how far the “average Joe” can really go—balancing exhaustion with recovery, strength with vulnerability, and health with all of life’s other demands.

After earning my business degree and working in commercial construction, I felt called back to my true passion. I returned to school, finished my medical prerequisites, and have applied to medical school, hoping to start in 2026.
